The Bill Harrison Foundation: Donor Recognition, Reimagined
Experiential Design · Creative Direction · Production

Most sponsor recognition ends up as a plaque on the wall or a name in a program nobody keeps. For the Bill Harrison Foundation fundraiser, we turned it into something guests could see, touch and take home.

We transformed a living olive tree into an interactive sponsorship installation. Custom laser-cut maple leaf tags marked each tier of giving, and every donor became part of the tree. Together, the leaves showed the combined support behind the organization.

  • Concept: a living tree in place of a static sponsorship board

  • Tiered design: custom leaf tags that set each giving level apart

  • Fabrication: laser-cut production of every personalized tag

The experience was designed to last beyond the night. At the end of the evening, each sponsor removed their personalized leaf and took it home as a keepsake. Their gift stayed with them as a reminder, not a name lost in a program booklet.

SPONSORSHIP BOARD → INTERACTIVE INSTALLATION → PERSONAL KEEPSAKE
